  • Terms and Conditions for Photography Services

  • Agreement By booking a photography session with House of Honey, you (the "Client") agree to the following terms and conditions.

  • Services Provided a. [Your Name/Business Name] agrees to provide professional photography services as agreed upon in the booking confirmation. b. The scope of services, including the type and duration of the session, will be discussed and agreed upon prior to the session.

  • Payment a. A non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure the session date and time. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session. b. Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, or electronic transfer. Details for electronic transfers will be provided upon request.

  • Copyright and Usage a. House of Honey retains the copyright to all images captured during the session, including but not limited to digital files and prints. b. The Client receives a personal, non-commercial, and non-transferable license to use the images for personal purposes only. This includes printing, sharing on social media, and displaying the images for personal use. c. The Client agrees not to sell, edit, alter, or use the images for commercial purposes without the explicit written consent of House of Honey

  • ​Model Release a. The Client grants House of Honey permission to use the images from the session for marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes. b. The Client understands that their images may be used onHouse of Honey's website, social media platforms, portfolio, or other marketing materials.

  • Image Delivery a. House of Honey will provide the Client with a curated selection of edited images from the session. b. The delivery timeframe will be communicated to the Client and may vary depending on the scope of the session. c. The final number of images delivered is at the discretion of House of Honey

  • ​Rescheduling and Cancellations a. The Client must provide at least 48hrs notice for any rescheduling or cancellations. b. In the event of a cancellation, the retainer fee is non-refundable. c. House of Honey reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case the retainer fee will be fully refunded.

  • Liability a. House of Honey takes reasonable care in capturing, editing, and delivering images. However, in the unlikely event of unforeseen circumstances or technical failures, House of Honey will not be held liable for any resulting damages, losses, or injuries. b. The Client is responsible for the behavior and safety of all individuals participating in the session, including children and pets.

  • Client Cooperation a. The Client agrees to provide necessary information and cooperation to House of Honey to ensure the successful execution of the session. b. House of Honey is not responsible for compromised images due to the Client's failure to provide necessary information or cooperation.

  • Governing Law These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of California. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California
